Bush made it's decision to invade Iraq ( using questionable justification it helped set up the scenario we see unfolding today. Frankly given the crop of malcontents and loonies(Christie doesn't fall into that group but he has shot himself in the big toe) that seem to be getting attention in the GOP it appears unlikely.
