We learned that Smirking Laughing Distracting Gaffe Man Biden can be an effective disruptor. Whether this will play well with independents and those preferring a more serious tone remains to be seen. At the end of the day the reasonable bet is that the debate won't change the dynamics of the race at all. So, on to the next two Presidential debates where hopefully the rubber finally meets the road. I won't be holding my breath.
