As the e-mail did not link to information or a website(s) confirming the validity of the copy I received, or it's author, I determined to do proper due diligence in confirming the veracity of the article. I am happy to report the article is legit as well as the the identity of it's author. The article was originally published on 3/15/12 in The Foxhole by Mr. Hedgecock , former mayor of San Diego and a nationally-syndicated talk show host .
