LeMieux Endorses Rubio (Video)
By: Les Carpenter III Rational Nation USA Senator Lemieux has just recently endorsed Mark Rubio in his race against Charlie Crist for a US Senate seat from Florida. Pay close attention to the 16 second mark in the video. Rubio is a Republican campaigning on a conservative fiscal platform. This is good and well, and were I a Floridian I would certainly cast my vote for Rubio against Crist. However, the reference to strong foreign policy is nothing more than "code" for interventionist foreign policy. True conservatives will question in depth Rubio's position and send the clear message that support for interventionist foreign policy, funded of course by American taxpayer dollars, will cost him reelection should he win the current race.
