Because of the criminal nature of their activities it is proper for federal law enforcement to investigate these activities and punish violators appropriately under the law. The right to free political speech is guaranteed under our Constitution (the Bill of Rights), while there exists no right to suppress any political viewpoint. In this particular instance it would mean anything he does not agree with. This is a call for censorship and it is indeed is very dangerous. The Obama Administration, at the latest meeting of  The United Nations Human Rights Council, came out in support of placing limits in free speech! While this development is disturbing it comes a no real surprise. Rational Nation USA addressed the erosion of our 1'st amendment rights here at home in its September 1 post entitled, We Must Preserve Our Right to Free Speech .
