Biden Prepares to Take on Gun Violence in Wake of Back-to-Back Shootings The president is expected to unveil executive actions on Thursday that will tackle so-called ghost guns and background checks. His office also released a plan to raise $2.5 trillion by overhauling the corporate tax code. It's about damn time a Presidnet of these 50 divided states grew a pair and actually does something contructive to put an end to the American gun culture that has resulted in EVER increasing violence by rapid fire military style wapons. Mass shootings have become almost as common as mom and apple pie. Yet the gun lobby and the criminal NRA continues to hold sway over conservative republican lawmakers.
