The rather undereducated British individual from Liverpool England couldn't resist the opportunity to disrespect George W. Bush when accepting the Gershwin Prize for Popular Songs . The video of his tasteless quip: Sir Paul McCartney was obviously doing two things; 1) inferring our prior President was uneducated, and 2) pandering to the audience (particularly to Obama) who was liberal in nature.
