Leadership is so much more than just having the authority to order (demand) change. It is more about these four important characteristics. 1) Vision 2) Motivating people to accept and achieve your vision. 3) Accepting responsibility for the outcome of your decisions. Good or bad. 4) Adjusting and changing course after asking for and receiving HONEST input from key people when you make a mistake. Donald J. Trump has failed miserably on ALL four parameters of leadership. Why? Simply because he is not a leader.
