It is looking more like the Pelosi, Reid, Obama Steam Roller Company, aka, The United States Governmental Leadership Troika is about  to succeed in forcing their socialized vision of health care down the throats of all Americans. Cradle to Grave socialism is about to become a reality in what was once the bastion of capitalism and individual liberty. Pay close attention to Representative Michelle Bachman in the following video segment. The new comprise bill on national health care reform, presumably improved, is approximately twice as many pages as the original. Written by attorneys in legalese, it is only logical to draw the conclusion no one fully understands the bill. It is also logical to conclude it further erodes individual freedom and self sufficiency. As we face the nuclear threat from Iran, and make no mistake; it is a nuclear threat, President Obama will do well to heed the words of a truly great leader, President Ronald Reagan. Far to many still believe today dealing with evil through diplomacy and appeasement will maintain the peace. Nothing could be further from reality, and such a belief is dangerous. Rational minds believe  the only justification for the use of force is in self defense. A rational mind also knows that when dealing with evil, you must maintain a position of strength, and most importantly not be deterred from using it when it becomes necessary.  Such is the current situation with respect to Iran. Let us hope President Obama acts like the leader of the free world should act.

Todays past will take us  back in time. All the way back to "the father of modern conservatism" Barry Goldwater. From there we will move to the man who took Barry Goldwater's modern conservative agenda and created a modern day revolution culminating in his eventual election to the Presidency, Ronald Wilson Reagan. We will also see a clip comparing President Reagan's conservative values with a more contemporary conservative, Representative Ron Paul. Why, you may asked would you spend time on figures of the past who are no longer with us. What could be the possible relevancy with today and it's myriad of problems. You might even say Ron Paul is just following the tired old rhetoric and worn out values of 44 and 28 years ago.
