The series of Metro Atlanta highway billboards express strong opinions of disapproval of the President. With the Presidents approval ratings continuing to decline in the wake of passage of ObamaCare the billboards are a move to further influence public opinion. Anyone who wishes to voice their freedom of speech and expression can do so for a price. The signs come in a series of four digital billboards and range in price from $2500 to #3500 dollar a month.
