The Inevitable American Socialized Heath Plan (circa 2009)
As this is being written there is a huge sense of relief. Relief that my impending surgery this week was scheduled in the time frame of my choice. I was able to schedule the surgery with the surgeon I chose. And I am more than willing to pick up any residual cost remaining as a result of my ability to retain choice. Choice all the way around, 100%. Of course there are those who will tell you that the soon to become reality National Health Care will allow you the same. Before you believe it read the bill. Better yet call some Canadians, Cubans, or any other totally socialized country and check into the efficiency of their heath care system. You may be quite surprised. Glad my upcoming surgery proceeds the Pelosi, Reid, Baucs, Obama socialized health care bill. Will continue to remain so until the sunset year when the bill no longer will allow for private insurance selection. Until then I will pay wh...
