Should The USA Rush To Ratify Start?

The START Treaty being pushed by President Obama for quick ratification during the lame duck session of Congress should give us all pause. Remember his rush to get the 787 billion dollar stimulus package passed, and his rush to pass ObamaCare, all without reading the "fine print." I think we can all see how that is working out for the nation. That aside, I personally have not yet formed a final opinion on the START treaty. Other than we ought to wait until an exhaustive review by the Senate can be completed so all the details, positive as well as negative can be discussed, debated, and a reasoned and informed decision can be made.
