Obama Administration Back Door Policy on Immigration...

Image
by: Les Carpenter Rational Nation USA Liberty -vs- Tyranny As the Obama administrations continues to find ways to circumvent enforcing sensible immigration policy. Apparently it is significantly more important (at least to Obama and his Obamabots) to find backdoor avenues to allow illegals to remain the country taxing our health system, taking jobs from American citizens, and in general further threatening the nations economic security. I decided upon seeing the flurry of activity at Memeorandum over this issue to bring a sampling to Rational Nation USA . The Hill - The Obama administration announced Friday it will stop deporting illegal immigrants who come to the country at a young age. The politically charged decision comes as Obama faces a tough reelection fight against Republican Mitt Romney, with Hispanic voters in swing states seen as a key bloc. The change in policy could allow as many as 800,000 immigrants who came to the United States illegally not only to rema...

"It's The Economy Stupid" - Why Obama Is Beatable In 2012

Image
by: Les Carpenter Rational Nation USA Birthplace of Independent Conservatism Liberty -vs- Tyranny President Obama IS beatable. With continuing anemic economic growth, sustained high unemployment, and skyrocketing deficits, it is becoming more obvious to the American voter the Hope and Change they voted for in 2008 has turned into Despondency and Despair under his leadership. The field of opposition candidates must remain focused on Obama's failures and they must do so with understandable verifiable facts. In doing so whoever ultimately gets the nod to run against Obama in the 2012 general election will have a good chance of taking the White House from him. As long as they remain focused on facts with respect to Obama's failures, AND present a positive vision for the future. A vision coupled by specific steps to realize it. Increased EPA Regulations and Resulting Economic Uncertainty/Increased Job Loss

Image
by: Les Carpenter Rational Nation USA Birthplace of Independent Conservatism Liberty -vs- Tyranny Climate change . The result of man's ultimate selfishness and disregard for nature and the cosmos. The only solution is adherence to the questionable "science" of global warming and the pontifications of the oracle of wisdom. The man who invented the internet... Al Gore . Or as I fondly refer to him, Al Gorelione. It should be apparent by now that our progressive President has bought into the arguments presented by Mr. Gorelione and his fellow climate change "scientists". While the U.S.A wisely opted out of the Kyoto Protocol and resisted overreaching climate change regulations and with Cap and Trade going no where, at least for now, our esteemed President has found it appropriate to do the ultimate end run around the opposition. Given the powers granted to the EPA {I wonder if they are constitutional} our knowledgeable President, no doubt with the a...

FLOTUS Campaigns In Illinois Polling Place

Image
by Les Carpenter Rational Nation USA Yesterday First Lady Michelle Obama proved yet once again the audacity of both herself and husband President Barrack Hussein Obama. While inside an Illinois polling place to cast an early ballot she engaged in a bit of politicking on behalf of her husband. It is against Illinois election law to engage in electioneering or campaigning within 100 feet of a polling place. Drudge reported: First lady Michelle Obama appears to have violated Illinois law -- when she engaged in political discussion at a polling place! The drama began after Mrs. Obama stopped off at the Martin Luther King Center on the south side of Chicago to cast an early vote. After finishing at the machine, Obama went back to the desk and handed in her voting key. She let voters including electrician Dennis Campbell, 56, take some photos. "She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going," Campbell said. Acc...
