Is the government mandate requiring individuals to purchase health insure constitutional?  In response to that question fourteen states to date have answered by filing lawsuits against the federal government. Article Ten of The Bill of Rights states, " The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states,  are reserved to the states respectfully, or to the people."
