What's Ahead in 2076?
by Les Carpenter Rational Nation USA Sometimes one just has to ramble. In fact rambling is good for thought clarification. I suppose for some it signals mental disorientation, however, for most it is a healthy process of introspective thought and analysis. Don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about earth shattering revelations or radically changing ones perspective. Rather I am speaking more of a self questioning and reality check to make sure ones beliefs are valid given the current and ever changing realities of our modern world. We all know that in 1776 a group of brilliant men and fervent American patriots declared this nation's independence from a tyrannical Great Britain. Their enlightened thinking galvanized the colonies in a fight for liberty resulting in our war of independence. Because the cause was just, and the colonial leadership strong, the ideals driving the Revolutionary War prevailed. Those ideals remain as right today, and worth preserving, as the...
