donald j. trump is beyond a shadow of doubt the most responsible individual for the insurrection that occurred on January 6, 2021 in our Capitol. He had been manipulating, encouraging, and pouring fuel on the burning embers of dissatisfaction for five long years. His disrespect for our democratic institutions and the rule of law is legion. His disdain for democracy and our republic is driven by his love of authority and privilege. in other words his personal self interests are that of the very wealthy and connected. In short trump could not care less about you, you or your problems. Which is precisely why he was such a failure of a president.
In a perfectly sane nation this scum of a human being would be indicted, stand trial, be convicted, and be imprisoned for the rest of his worthless meaningless life. But we are pretty sure that isn't ever going to happen because the Trumpublican Q-GOP (aka GQP) and the legions of delusional folks in love with their fantasies about him will fight to death to death to lionize the SOB.
