Trump Attacks An American Company...

“This week we’ve seen a parade of well-respected Republicans, including former Ohio Governor John Kasich, voice their support for Joe Biden,” said Tim Miller, political director of Republican Voters Against Trump. “Meanwhile, the President’s attacking an American company that provides well-paying jobs. Operation Grant couldn’t be more needed.”

Reed Galen, a co-founder of The Lincoln Project, put the attack in perspective, “Ohioans are already dealing with the rising unemployment caused by Trump’s failed response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The last thing they need is to suffer the economic aftershocks of a presidential temper tantrum.”

The Lincoln Project plans to spend $425,000 airing “Goodyear” today through next week.

As the general election approaches, Americans everywhere will now have to ask themselves what happens if the president’s ire falls on their city, state, or employer next.

This particular visitor also made generalized statements about liberals that were mostly hyperbole and in this bloggers opinion part of the problem. The same problem the left is often guilty of. The visitors complete comment. First of all I believe that the post above me was written by a nut. But the title of his or her post is interesting. Interesting enough for me to elaborate on. After 10 years on Blogger it is time to say goodbye. It’s been an interesting up and down run, one that has been both fun and frustrating. In fact with so many ill-informed and hyper partisan folks out there it has even been maddening from time to time. I know our American politics have always been somewhat lively and partisan, but, I honestly don’t recall any time in my adult life that they have been as divided and nasty as they are right now. Trump bears a GREAT deal of responsibility for the rapid deterioration of civil and rational discourse over the last 3 + years.
