Some Things To Think About...
Laws of the Universe
The Law of Divine Oneness - everything is connected to everything else. What we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the universe around us.
Law of Vibration - Everything in the Universe moves, vibrates and travels in circular patterns, the same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires and wills in the Etheric world. Each sound, thing, and even thought has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself.
Law of Action - Must be employed in order for us to manifest things on earth. We must engage in actions that supports our thoughts dreams, emotions and words
Law of Correspondence - This Universal Law states that the principles or laws of physics that explain the physical world energy, Light, vibration, and motion have their corresponding principles in the etheric or universe "As above, so below"
Law of Cause and Effect - Nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws.. Every Action(including thought) has a reaction or consequence "We reap what we sow"
Law of Compensation- The Universal Law is the Law of Cause and effect applied to blessings and abundance that are provided for us. The visible effects of our deeds are given to us in gifts, money, inheritances, friendships and blessings.
Law of Attraction - Demonstrates how we create the things, events and people that come into our lives Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy - All persons have within them the power to change the conditions of their lives. Higher vibrations consume and transform lower ones; thus, each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect change
Law of Relativity - Each person will receive as series of problems (Tests of Initiation/Lessons) for the purpose of strengthening the light within each of these tests/lessons to be a challenge and remain connected to our hearts when proceeding to solve the problems. This law also teaches us to compare our problems to others problem into its proper perspective. No matter how bad we perceive our situation to be, There is always someone who is in a worse position. Its all relative.
Law of Polarity - Everything is on a continuum and has and opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.
Law of Rhythm - Everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms.. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. Each cycle reflects the regularity of God's Universe. Masters know how to rise above negative parts of a cycle by never getting to excited or allowing negative things to penetrate their consciousness.
Law of Gender - The law of gender manifests in all things as masculine and feminine. It is this law that governs what we know as creation. The law of gender manifests in the animal kingdom as sex. This law decrees everything in nature is both male and female. Both are required for life to exist.

DeleteThere is survival of the fittest, or the law that life must and will adapt to its environment, that includes aggression to survive.
ReplyDeleteNative peoples of the world were killed more by mere interaction with other people and their diseases than their weapons of murder and penchant for murder and violence.
We yearn to seek out life on other planets. For what purpose? To repopulate ourselves on their worlds? We know our presence alone will kill, or we will kill to survive on those worlds. If alien life comes to our world the same will happen. Survival is a universal character and so is the aggression to survive.
The 1950's B sci-fi flicks had it right. We have much to fear from simple interaction with other life from outside our world and we are egotistically ignorant to not think of the consequences of forcing our life on other worlds.
There is no utopia, either here on Earth, or on another world. If humans destroy this world, we have no right to destroy another world. Be careful what you wish for, especially if your wishes are misguided.
Humans can only survive within certain parameters of an ecological environment, which predetermines a finite existence. There is nothing we can do to make ourselves, or this Earth infinite, but there is much we can do to extend our life as a species. Yet, we continue to make the wrong choices. Like in those old B sci-fi flicks, no one listens to the scientists until the monster has already destroyed the town and there will be no Hollywood finish that redeems us from ourselves, opr the destruction we create.
Poor people are personally responsible for their situation. We can therefore eliminate the welfare programs that help them. Sick people are personally responsible for their poor health. They didn't eat right, exercise, or earn enough money to get the medical treatment they need. Maybe they just pissed off "the universe" and got cancer (or another disease) for that reason. Whatever the case might be, there is no communal responsibility. Therefore we should repeal the ACA, Medicare and Medicaid, CHIP and any other governmental insurance program. Lastly, old people should have worked hard and saved for their retirement. Therefore we need to get rid of Social Security and any other programs designed to help the elderly. Dismantling the ENTIRE social safety net is what Ayn Rand would have wanted. Since we all have the power to change our lives for the better, it isn't needed anyway. Any admirer of Rand would surely agree.
ReplyDeleteDo not expect a response Dervish. I will NOT allow you to put words in mouth nor will I respond when you do.
DeleteI was only sharing my thoughts on the term "personal responsibility" in general. Or, specifically in regards to Ayn Rand, of whom Paul Ryan is a super fan. The new tax legislation is something Ryan has dreamed of doing ever since reading "Atlas Shrugged" as a high schooler. When this moronic tax legislation fails to generate anywhere near the economic activity to pay for itself, Ryan will yet us know how we have no choice but to cut social safety net spending.
Delete"There are people out there fighting poverty, that do well, succeed but for government I think in many cases they could do more" according to Ryan. Personal responsibility is a fine thing to believe in, so long as you believe communal responsibility is an equally lofty goal. As opposed to believing it is an evil, as Rand did.
As I'm sure you already know, I hate Rand. I also hate Ryan and I hate "The Secret" which says people who don't put out enough positivity are punished by "the universe" (I say this as an admitted pessimist).
Hate clouds clear judgement as it is driven by pure emotion.
DeleteMy judgement is unclouded because my hate is unemotional, based on the facts and 100% rational. That conservatives are more logical because Liberals are driven by "emotion" is another bogus RW talking point, btw. One I do hate.
DeleteHate, by definition, is not unemotional.
DeleteBy definition? Then why does the Dictionary.com definition not include the word "emotion"?
DeleteMerriam/Webster entry and definition of emotion:
DeleteDefinition of emotion
1 a obsolete : disturbance
b : excitement
2 a : the affective aspect of consciousness : feeling
b : a state of feeling
c : a conscious mental reaction (such as anger or fear) subjectively experienced as strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object and typically accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body
Merriam/Webster entry and definition of hate:
Definition of hate
1 a : intense hostility and aversion usually deriving from fear, anger, or sense of injury
b : extreme dislike or disgust : antipathy, loathing
had a great hate of hard work
2 : an object of hatred
You are not real about anything
Do these "Laws of the Universe" have something to do with The Secret? For those who don't know "The Secret is a best-selling 2006 self-help book... based on the pseudo-scientific law of attraction which claims that thoughts can change the world directly". Dangerous bunk, in other words. A criticism of "The Secret" is that it presents the "time-worn trick of mixing banal truisms with magical thinking and presenting it as some sort of hidden knowledge".
ReplyDeleteThe only you can directly change is oneself. The force of positive and ethical thinking effects positive change in many. The positivity one exudes outwardly (which comes from within) can have positive influence on others.
DeleteAs for The Secret, not at all aware of the books. Nor do I intend to become interested in its contents.
Isn't it from Dr Phil, Oprah, etc junk self-helo quackery ?

President Trump talks about a great America, sticks up for America, and the Liberal scum, and vermin berate him.
ReplyDeleteIf you believe liberals are scum and vermin Because THEY stand for liberty and freedom of opportunity for ALL what does that make the plutocracy that is against EVERYTHING that would MAGA?
DeleteTake your time thinking about your response. It will be deleted if it is your usual thoughtless partisan reply.
They stand for Everything UnAmerican
