So... Whose Extreme?

There has been plenty of talk in the media and from Democrats over the past nineteen months about the extreme candidates the Republicans are putting up for election. Via:Geraghty of NRO the NRSC has just put out new video touching on the to name a few,  ObamaCare, the stimulus, the massive thirteen trillion dollar national debt, and the continually expanding federal governemnt.





Note the number of  "extreme" Republican candisates that are either running ahead of their Democratic opponent are are in a virtual dead heat. The way the The President and the Speaker of the House have been misstepping of late November 2010 could turn into a blowout for the Repubs.

Should this scenario come to fruition the Republicans will have the opportunity they seek... To lead the country. It will then be incumbent on them to do so.

April Job Numbers Appear Improved... Are They Really?

The good news is unemployment fell to a four year low, certainly at year six in Obama's Presidential tenure strikes a positive note. Or does it? At the same time the number of people employed part time rose as well as strong indications are showing the Affordable Care Act (ACA aka ObamaCare) will have a long term negative impact on the USA economy. The following is an interesting analysis and one that certainly has some credibility. AEI - US job growth in April beat economist expectations as nonfarm payrolls rose 165,000, and the jobless rate fell to a four-year low of 7.5%. After 10 years on Blogger it is time to say goodbye. It’s been an interesting up and down run, one that has been both fun and frustrating. In fact with so many ill-informed and hyper partisan folks out there it has even been maddening from time to time. I know our American politics have always been somewhat lively and partisan, but, I honestly don’t recall any time in my adult life that they have been as divided and nasty as they are right now. Trump bears a GREAT deal of responsibility for the rapid deterioration of civil and rational discourse over the last 3 + years. When America elected its first bi-racial President division took on a new and more sinister face. The Noble Lie...

The concept is people are for the most part not bright enough to handle their own affairs so they need a few leaders who will feed them tales to keep them in line and presumably happy, thus avoiding revolution. Of course that is just a nutshell explanation but you get the drift.
