This is John Galt Speaking Part #13

Being the fickle person I am, that combined with the love of the blog, I just can't seem to stay away. So that being said I have, through no fault of my own ... scratch that, through every fault of my own decided to post the next installment of "This is John Galt Speaking."

As I am still recovering from a quiet wine drinking and movie watching evening with my better half, and she is indeed my better half, as well as the wonderful person who allows me the time to pursue my hobby, I forgo comment on this installment of what I consider to be a worthy series and mind expanding experience.

By: WILL " TAKE NO PRISONERS " HART I quite resent this notion that the American people are somehow a greedy lot, and that they're only concerned about themselves. It certainly doesn't mesh with the world that I see and it doesn't mesh the data, either. According to the Charitable Aid Foundation, the United States is THE most generous country on the planet (65% of its citizens donate money, 43% donate personal time, and 73% help out strangers). CNN Poll Showing Tight Race Going Into Debates...

Obama's lead is within the margin of error. Understanding polls are at best statistical indicators of public sentiment, and they can be manipulated through the process of weighting, I do not place an abundance of faith in polls. I decided to post these results mostly as a realistic reminder to the euphoria the left seems to be enjoying at the present moment. Polls by ABC News/Washington Post, Politico/George Washington University, and American Research Group indicate a tight race as well.
