Don’t Pray For France, France Is A Godless Nation That Deserved To Be Attacked. France Supports Terrorists And Kills Christians, And Needs To Be Punished
The people who were killed in the rock concert, what were their last words? They were singing a song, “Kiss the devil”. They died, not as martyrs for Christ, but as worshippers of the devil. They were worshipping Satan, and we are suppose to feel sorry for them? They kissed the devil, and the devil came to them and slaughtered them. I say, to hell with them. The Lord works in mysterious ways.
The attacks in Paris is part of God’s Providence. Suffering is needed, in order to bring people to the One Who suffered for them.

About my years living in France, my gratitiude for their warmth, hospitality, and rich and fun-loving culture. I felt heartbroken over the news. The Shoebat commentary and reader comments left me downright depressed.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to organize a Christian-Jewish-Muslim social outreach event in my community to counter the backlash. Wish me luck.
Octo... if I was there, I'd be honored to join in!
DeleteGreat idea (O)CT
DeleteI wish you well (O)CT(O)PUS. It is a very worthy endeavor.
ReplyDeleteAs I continue to read and hear the almost 24/7 BS coming from the LILI "news" source and GOP pols I am getting depressed as well. Shoebat is a complete nut.
Good for you, (O)CT(O)PUS. I'd be there too if I could. I wish you the best.
ReplyDeleteAs for the Shoebats of the world, they may attract some followers and attention in the short run, but ultimately their messages of hate will be defeated. As long as people like (O)CT(O) are around, that will always be true.
Our family is fortunate to have been able to travel many times to France and to count among our close friends a very special French family. The mother and father are our age, and we have maintained, over the past 30+ years a close friendship with all four of their now-adult children. Three of the four adult children and their families were able to visit us this summer. One of them is a pilot for Air France. They are our "French family," and through them we have appreciated, loved, and cherished everything about the French culture and its people. Plus, we've been all over the country visiting its beautiful villages and cities. The attack on Paris last year and this past week devastated us, but we've kept in touch with our French families, and they appreciate all the sympathy and good wishes Americans have shown them.
This peoson sounds like a ISIS supporter. At least they think the same.
ReplyDeleteThing is, his words are so outrageous that if anyone had said this was a quote from the ISIS leader, no one would have suspected otherwise.
ReplyDeleteSorry Jerry... I posted mine before I saw yours. You got it first...
DeleteAnyway, now let's do some sort of fact checking. Looking this up, France is indeed rather "godness".... Secular, actually, with a little more than half asserting a belief in a deity:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion_in_France
Secular countries are the ones that get attacked, according to the Shoe. It would follow that there'd be a correlation here, that strongly theistic countries don't get terrorist attacks. Let's check Pakistan... 34,000 have died in terrorist attacks since 2003. Many many times more than in France. You'd think, according to the Shoe's logic, that Pakistan was much more "godless" than France. But no.... the opposite is true. The "godless" in Pakistan are a tiny group... 1% or so.
All this aside, looking at the Shoe's statement "Suffering is needed". RN seems to accuse Jersey from time to time of using hyperbole to call political opponents "psychopaths". I would suggest that this epithet might well be deserved for someone who proclaims that "suffering is needed".
The Shoebat is indeed bat sh*t crazy. And perhaps he is actually a psychopath. Had Jersey called him one probably would have given him a pass.
