Sunday night August 22, 2010. Feeling in a funky mood. You know, that kinda night when you need to find your groove... After a long and arduous week fighting for individualism, liberty, the Constitution. Just doing what needs to be done even when your getting your a** kicked. Yeah, you'all know what I mean. Right?

Kickin back now. Having a glass of fine wine with my special person and better half.. Enjoying the fine soft jazz of  Miles Davis and Cannonball Adderley.  Next week is... well, another week. Enjoy!

Bush made it's decision to invade Iraq ( using questionable justification it helped set up the scenario we see unfolding today. Ultimately the decision destabilized the region further, created more anti American sentiment in the region, and set up Iraq for civil strife and internal political instability. All for a cost of billions in U.S. taxpayer dollars, loss of American life, and loss of Iraqi life. Frankly given the crop of malcontents and loonies(Christie doesn't fall into that group but he has shot himself in the big toe) that seem to be getting attention in the GOP it appears unlikely.
