If anything might bring the people of the world and their respective nations together in common interest and effort this sure as hell should do it.

Even while the anti globalists' of the USA downplay or ignore the truth that in reality we are ALL in this thing together.

The Losing of Iraq...

Bush made it's decision to invade Iraq ( using questionable justification it helped set up the scenario we see unfolding today. Ultimately the decision destabilized the region further, created more anti American sentiment in the region, and set up Iraq for civil strife and internal political instability.
