Jon Stewart sure isn't concerned about anybody's political correctness with his statements on the Axe Files. His points are spot on. Whether anyone in either party or the media is willing to consider the TRUTH is doubtful as best.

(CNN) — Jon Stewart launched a stinging new round of criticism against Donald Trump on Monday, calling the presumptive Republican presidential nominee a thin-skinned hypocrite who ridicules political rivals and minorities but implodes when faced with even a minor slight.

"He is a man-baby," Stewart told David Axelrod during a live taping of "The Axe Files," a podcast produced by CNN and the University of Chicago Institute of Politics. "He has the physical countenance of a man and a baby's temperament and hands. ... (Vanity Fair editor) Graydon Carter did a joke about Donald Trump's hands 25 years ago, he's still not f---ing over it."

If Trump really wants to engage a politically incorrect debate, Stewart said, he should tell voters, "The problems in this country are not because of Mexicans and Muslims."

Stewart also talked about Trump's likely opponent this fall, Democrat Hillary Clinton.

He described the former secretary of state as "a very bright woman without the courage of her convictions."

"That's not to say that she is not preferable to Donald Trump," he added, "because at this point I would vote for Mr. T over Donald Trump."

Stewart pinned some of the blame for Trump's rise on what he described as the failure of Democrats to transform the public sector into a more dynamic actor.

"The door is open to an a--hole like Donald Trump because the Democrats haven't done enough to show people that government, that can be effective for people, can be efficient for people," he said. "And if you can't do that, then you've lost the right to make that change and someone's going to come in and demagogue you."

Independent Conservatism

I have, for many years, considered myself to be an independent conservative . Asked by some just what that means I would reply it implies I believe in the radical political views held by the founding fathers. Men of enlightened thinking who personified  "The Age of Reason." There have been many occasions I have been brought to task for pointing to the wisdom of  such giants as Washington, Jefferson, Paine, Franklin... the list could go on but for a lack of time. Historic Decision Reversing Campaign Laws

The Supreme Court, in a five to four decision, on  this Thursday overturned a six decade old law designed to limit the influence of large corporations and unions on elections. The new ruling will allow for unlimited spending by both large business and unions in support of, or opposition to candidates for Congress and the presidency. The six decade old law essentially prohibited labor unions and companies from using monies from their general treasuries for the purpose of producing and running campaign ads. The reversal however leaves intact the prohibition on direct contributions from businesses and unions. The decision of the court also overturned the McCain/Feingold campaign finance bill which prohibited corporate and union funded issue ads in the final days of a campaign. We have some Americans in our population who have difficulty speaking a coherent sentence. We have many who cannot construct a complete and proper sentence. Yet we find the time and the money to educate youth in Arabic and Arabic culture. Mind you this is a Federal Grant program and limited to only five select school districts. At least for now. At a cost of 1.3 millions dollars students on these select district will be required,  you heard {read} right, required as mandatory part of their curriculum to learn Arabic.
