In a land that was founded on the principles of freedom,liberty, and equality it is incomprehensible to any thinking person that the proceeding mentality could exist in the United States of America in the 21st.

    I'm sorry to say that kind of thinking still does exist. However, I think it's restricted to small areas of this country and is NOT the prevailing mentality. At least I hope so.

      I'd like to think so Shaw. I'm not too sure however. Racism,and reverse racism exists in more places than just small areas of the country, IMO.

      Yes Ducky, this is true. And therein lies the ultimate force for hopefully eventual extinction of bigotry and racism in the country. It won't happen in my lifetime I'm sure. If ever.

However, on the other hand there are certainly those who have a clear vision as to what and why Wall Street needs to change. The reasonable people supporting OWS are doing so to end crony capitalism, corporatism, the unethical practices of banking executives and mortgage lenders, as well as government bailouts of businesses. They also recognize corporate lobbyist must become a extinct group.
