During These Bleak Days

Remembering does not change the present reality. Nor does it serve to effect change to the current sad course of America's, or the World's course. This American LEADER accomplished that during the decade of the eighties.

My hope is that in viewing this moving tribute it will inspire us to regain a sense of optimism,  and belief that America is in fact the greatest nation on earth. It is time we stopped apologizing for our greatness and exceptional-ism. It is time we stand tall and become that beacon of light, liberty, and prosperity once again. Unapologetically.

Current Mr. POTUS, please take note.

Except for those receiving a subsidy or are getting it free. All that aside I do agree with following Moyers & Company article stating that ObamaCare is widening the gap between red America and blue America. Something needed to be done with our health care and insurance system. Most agree that the pre ObamaCare system needed some work. Instead of talking about guns, Perry said, we should be talking about prescription drugs: “Also, I think there is a real issue to be talked about. Frankly given the crop of malcontents and loonies(Christie doesn't fall into that group but he has shot himself in the big toe) that seem to be getting attention in the GOP it appears unlikely. Bush made it's decision to invade Iraq ( using questionable justification it helped set up the scenario we see unfolding today.
