Contrast the "Restoring Honor" rally in which Martin Luther King's niece so eloquently spoke to the Reverend Al  Sharpton's " Reclaim the Dream" rally. Aside from the fact Glenn Beck's rally drew a crowed numbering in the hundred of thousand compared to the Sharpton rally of just a few thousand the tone was significantly different.

Beck's "Restoring Honor" was noticeably inclusive while Sharpton's "Reclaim the Dream" was somewhat divisive. Is it any wonder why Alveda King chose to speak at Beck's rally. I am sure the liberal media and progressive politicians are wishing Alveda would fade into the shadows. They may have a long wait.

    Why was the rally titled "Restoring Honor?" When exactly did America lose her honor? Did Beck or anyone else explain when and how that honor was lost, and who was responsible for it?

    I'd like to understand why the rally was given that name.

    I can only speak for myself and my interpretation.

    I believe Beck is trying to restore honor in our government through his interpretation of our founders intent. This includes civil, and or individual rights.

    I found Glenn to be quite conciliatory and rational in his appearance on FOX today with Chris Wallace.

    His obvious strong religious beliefs aside. Beck is sincere and I believe he is guided by his conscience and his belief America can se a beter day.

    MY take. Is it right? Perhaps. Time will tell.
