Stimulus Package Has Failed

I am no Keynesian advocate. The responsible side of me realizes that deficit spending long term is a recipe for fiscal disaster. So one would properly question why the post of this video of Jeffery Sachs, a Keynesian economist. The answer, he acknowledges the Obama stimulus has failed. Hard as it is to believe the statement was made on MSNBC's Morning Joe with Joe Scarborough.

The video is worth the investment in time and Joe Scarborough is right on with his statement that it's all about the debt. A debt that keeps growing and showing  no sign of letting up anytime soon.

Also note Sachs discussing Obama's strategy in the Gulf. He talks about improvisation and on this note he hits a real home run. The current President and his administration has been improvising since taking the White House.
