The President, no doubt enjoying once again escaping the homeland for his Asian visit, bristled when asked questions with regard to his Afghan policy. Or is better stated his lack of an Afghan policy. When the Associated Press's Jenifer Loven asked the President "Can you explain to the people watching and criticizing your deliberations what piece of information you're still lacking to make that call" , the President showed his obvious displeasure. Could it be that the President lacks the "cool" to deal with anything but softball questions? The Presidents non response, "Which respect to Afghanistan Jennifer, I don't think this is a matter of some datum point of information I am waiting on. ... Critics of the process ... tend not to be folks who ... are directly involved in what's happening in Afghanistan. Those who are, recognize the gravity of the situation and recognize the unimportance of getting it right" . The Presidents response ...

American Pie. This rendition and re do speaks so loudly to the dangers we currently face. The question we must ask ourselves as Americans is this; Do we have the will to educate our children in values and ethics that will result in their ability to preserve and thus enjoy the liberties their parents and grandparents..., etc. enjoyed. Time is not on our side.

The foregoing video montage if you will, is interesting, and it is accurate. If one ever wondered, or doubted, where the real power in government lies this series will shine a light on the answer. Politicians, both in our past and present, understand three things well, money, power, and control. If they legitimatize those with the money they are in turn given their greatest desire, POWER. With the POWER, gained through their support of the moneyed interests, they have that which politicians have wanted for all time, CONTROL over YOU. Ever wonder why the politicians sold you on the importance of bailing out failed financial institutions with your tax dollars? It's all interrelated and interconnected, and its all about retaining power and control. OVER YOU THE PEOPLE. Rational Nation USA presented this admittedly lengthy video montage for only a single purpose. In hopes its messages are considered and acted upon so as to save...

There are undoubtedly many people of both major political parties, and the minor ones as well, that may take issue with the premises of the foregoing video clip. The skepticism of those who question the premises is understandable. However, it would be well if everyone, and I mean literally everyone deeply questions their governments legitimacy. There is little question that our government today, is not the government established under our constitution. A government of the people, by the people, and for the people. And, we are fast approaching that day when the remnants of that original vision and propmise will perish from the face of the earth. Unless we do something NOW.

As sad but true situation.

Since Obamanomics and the Wunderkind Crew have taken over, as things continue to get worse here is a theme song to consider.

Of course no one can be sure. But based on current evidence this will soon be a total reality.

"Oba Mao" , now there is a perfectly rational and accurate description of our President. However yours truly does not mean it in the same way the  American socialist/statist government media complex would. Oh no, quite the opposite. As "Oba Mao" prepares for  his Asian tour the Chinese are talking about how excited they're over the US President. The energy he has and his willingness to roll up his shirt sleeves. He is so admired he is even being given credit for Chinese learning English by listening to his speeches.   So excited and enamored are the Chinese by "Oba Mao" that  T-Shirts and a bronze statue of him that burst into flames every few minutes will greet him when he arrives in Beijing. The flaming statue in this case is to signify the positive energy apparently the socialist/statist amongst the world population feel he creates. Mao, to those of...

Politics. Did anyone ever say the pursuit of politics and governance was an honorable thing? After 57 years on this earth,  yours truly can't rightly say he recalls anyone who possessed a rational and objective mind ever saying so. Is there  a logical reason why? As one analyzes the possible reasons  it becomes apparent the thirst for power is the reason. Try as one might to stop it, the socialist/statist agenda and value structure seems to be the wave of the future, irrespective of the rational and valiant effort to suffocate it.  Free Market Capitalism is the sustaining power of a free and independent society.  Hopefully our nation still has time to repent our recent error and  rid the mastermind (Obama) of all powers real or perceived by deny him majority party status in congress in 2010, and defeating him at the polls in 2012..
