Truer words have never been spoken. In the face of a lack of accountability for the abuse of power and corruption it is almost certain that unscrupulous con men will view it as an absolute green light to escalate abuse and corruption. 

Democracy demands accountability and the donald j. trump administration is, beyond any reasonable doubt, ripe for investigation, prosecution, and proper justice being served for its crimes against our Constitution and the rule of law. 

The only question is do the democrats (and the few remaining honest republicans that still exist) have the cajones to do the right thing. Given what we see today the odds on bet is nothing will be done.

The majority of this nation's politicians lack the integrity and or spine to do the right thing. Somnething tat actually does exist to a greater or lesser degree in both major parties.

So, this nation and its people may very well live through continuing devolution into authoritarian government, corruption, and growing cultism and rule by perssonality. No nation or government is immune from this threat. Including the United States f America. donald j. trump has proven this to ne very true.
