Purveyor of Truth
President Trump is on a feverish pace to implement his personal agenda. From rolling back regulatory controls to repealing the ACA (ObamaCare), as well as his apparent desire to bring to life a government like Orwell’s dystopian novel 1984, President Trump is digging into dismantling DC as we’ve known it. Just as he promised to do.
This weblog owner hasn’t the time or the desire to comment on the President’s efforts at changing America into something the majority of its citizens do not want. Going forward from today we will be simply posting the linked bylines of 3-8 articles we feel have merit for our readership to consider.
Posts will remain open for comment for three days at which time the post will revert to comment moderation. Comments that are off topic (not relevant to one of the linked articles), contains offensive language, personal attacks on other commenters or bloggers, or anything else the weblog owner deems inappropriate will be deleted upon detection.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer confirmed on Tuesday that his boss, the president of the United States, is a committed conspiracy theorist.
ReplyDeleteThere is no other way to interpret what transpired at Spicer’s daily briefing. On repeated occasions, reporters asked him why Donald Trump continues to argue that 3 to 5 million undocumented immigrants voted illegally in the 2016 election. And on each occasion, Spicer responded that Trump says it because he believes it to be true.
“The president does believe that,” Spicer told one reporter.
It’s a “longstanding belief,” he told another.
“He’s believed this for a long time,” he said to a third.
There is no evidence that millions of votes were cast illegally. In fact, multiple outlets and fact checkers have called such allegations bunk … repeatedly.
We are in trouble, bigly, when our president believes in things with no proof that the things are true.
ReplyDeleteIndeed we are Jerry. I really do not think Trump has the capacity to learn and grow. Why? Because he truly believes he is infallible.
DeleteI will never call him 'President'. I cannot preface his name with 'Mr.". He is just a Piece Of Trump Ugly Shit. Not a Republican,Not a Democrat,Not a Liberal,Not a Conservative,Not a Libertarian, Not a Independent....a piece of shit. Now....don't ask me how I really feel. I may not be that nice again.
ReplyDeleteI understand how you feel okjimm. I respect the office of the presidency, always will. I have NO respect for the mnan-child currentlu occupying that office.
DeleteI do attempt to make every effort not to refer to him as sh*t however. It is often very difficult.
RN... good luck on the new format... it should be interesting.... I hope you don't get too many callouses from over using the delete button.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dave. However for some reasons I cannot losd more on the side bar. I can get the widget on the formatting page but it wont load? I'll keep plugging away at it. If anyone has suggestionbs I'm all ears (eyes).
DeleteSo far it's been quiet so I've not had to delete anything the past couple of days. We'll see how it goes. I don not mind differing views discussed intelligently and respectfully at all. Differences of opinion is what makes the world of ideas go around and ultimately drive inovation and progress. What I see on far too many weblogs is simply crap fpr crap's sake. I'vee engaged in some while trying to make a point. It hasn't worked and I am sick of making any attempt. So ignore is the best option for me at this point.
Here's information on Trump's obsession with voter fraud:
ReplyDeleteThe claim that there were millions of illegal voters in this past election is false and unsupported by any credible evidence.
"The National Association of Secretaries of State, made up of the chief election officers of all 50 states, just issued a statement saying so. (Here is an explanation of Trump’s apparent justification for making the claim.) Trump’s own lawyers told a court in connection with Jill Stein’s request for a Michigan recount that “all available evidence suggests that the 2016 general election was not tainted by fraud or mistake.”
Get that?
"Trump's own lawyers told A COURT in connection with Jill Stein's reques for a Micigan recount tha "all available evidence suggests THAT THE 2016 GENERAL ELECTION WAS NOT TAINTED BY FAUD OR MISTAKE."
So what's Trump up to? I've read he's listened to Bannon and Alex Jones on this non-issue. Breitbart and InfoWars? Can Trump go any farther down in the sewer?
Who knows. I'm beginning to believe pResident tRump's sewer is endless.
DeleteWe have entered the era of Trumpspeak.
Sorry. Forgot the link for the above info. SOURCE.
ReplyDeleteTo cover his bruised ego over false claims of alleged voter fraud, the new despot has announced an investigation.
ReplyDeleteHere is the hidden agenda: More voter suppression efforts, more photo ID laws, more "ethnic cleansing " of voter registration databases, more caging and intimidation tactics. Result? Democracy by appearances only, but no longer a true democracy.
I don't believe we have ever had a true democracy. But at least we had a functioning and relatively true democratic republic. Until now.
DeleteTrumpspeak is upon us. We are entering the dystopian era of USA development. Orwell is nodding his head, as BB Idaho noted elsewhere.
