I guess politics are, after all just politics. It is more about building a base, telling people what you think they want to hear, and getting reelected than it is about telling the truth. ReplyDeleteI can agree with the "expectations" quote too, RN. Not with the sentiment that says helping others so we all do better is bad, however. My point being I agree and am not a Objectivist or Libertarian. Seems Libertarians like that quote - but was Bruce Lee either of those things?
