Why the Conservatives Don't Stand a Chance...

Perhaps the most tedious speech head of late. Rep. Louie Gohmert at perhaps his worst. Not that he has ever made a speech that has been noteworthy for its substance or even coherence for that matter.
Did anyone suffer through the entire ramble. If so did you come away with anything, and I mean anything of merit? What is amazing is conservatives actually elected this guy. Via: Memeorandum

Cut the man some slack. You can't have Alan Grayson sit alone at the bottom of the barrel, can't you? Having Gohmert in Congress makes the nether reaches of political infamy a bipartisan affair.
ReplyDeleteThe dude is a nut, he is dangerous, and it is about time conservatives with a brain got it together. IMNHO...
DeleteSorry, on this one we must agree to disagree.
Read again. I was not complimenting him....
DeleteOkay, I stand corrected!
DeleteGohmert and Grayson (throw in Wassermann Schultz as well) are 2 of the most divisive people in Washington and I wouldn't cast a vote for either of 'em if my life depended on it. "Nether reaches of political infamy" - I second it!
DeleteIndeed Will, and Wasserman Shultz, another one with just barely one foot in reality.
DeleteI guess my sarcasm "faint praise" was poorly worded.
DeleteI guess it was like the idea of preserving Castro's Cuba as a textbook example of how hell on earth happens if you let socialism totally control things.
Bachman says "the founding fathers worked tirelessly to end slavery."
ReplyDeleteShe reached political infamy for that idiot remark, if political infamy means wide media coverage, popularity, and being a top representative of their party. What was that she said about Paul Revere? HA HA
Bachmann, longer on looks than intellectual firepower...
