I guess politics are, after all just politics. It is more about building a base, telling people what you think they want to hear, and getting reelected than it is about telling the truth. This looks to be a good step in that direction.
Egypt is screwed. Israel now will face a bigger threat.
Time will tell,time will tell. It is a precarious situation. One I doubt bodes well for the west, and certainly not for Israel.
