    i'd just like to see that mentality shown in the video passed around and take root in the hearts and minds of people. it captures the whole of indiividualism.

    And so would I my friend, and so would I. In the hearts and minds of all Americans.

    But sadly we are void of any leadership whose values stem from individualism. In this dark day and age it seems to be about the "collective good" rather than the individual and self reliance.

    We have Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, FDR, John Kennedy, LBJ, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, George Herbert Walker Bush, Bill Clinton, GWB, and now BO to thank.

    Of course one must mention the congresses that let this happen. And what does that say?

    Oh, and I almost forgot. Corporate welfare.

Since 2015, opinions about the federal government’s handling of several major issues have become less positive and much more partisan. Yet majorities continue to say the government should have a “major role” on such issues as defending against terrorism and helping lift people from poverty.
