The following words were obviously written by someone who has been around awhile and loves their country and what it has always stood for. I thank this individual for sharing their thoughts and enticement to get out and vote on November 2, 2010. No we haven’t gone too far to turn back but that will lie on the backs of our kids and grandchildren more than us. We can help if all of us old fogy’s get out and start the turn around in November. However when you go to stores and hear mostly Spanish while food and clothes are being bought with welfare money coming from your pay check it is worrisome. by Les Carpenter Rational Nation USA As a federal judge rules the lawsuits challenging ObamaCare can proceed, it seems an appropriate time to once again air President Ronald Reagan's views on socialized medicine. Perhaps with continued discourse on the constitutional restraints against ObamaCare our nation will forgo the evil that The One, along with his congressional and Senate minions hoisted upon a free people. If we have any such leaders today let them step forward.

Aside from just holding her own she demonstrates her grasp of the issue and that she is far from the loony tune many of us once thought she might be. In fact she is spot on that the federal government has no authority to mandate purchase of health care. Further, her response to Wolf when asked what to do when someone chose not to purchase insurance was also right on. It is refreshing to here someone actually talking about the need to accept individual responsibility for themselves as opposed to relying on "daddy and mommy" governemnt to nurture us from cradle to crave. We need more rather than less of the talk O'Donnell is giving America.

by the Left Coast Rebel Senator Harry Reid and republican senate nominee Sharron Angle debated for the first and only time last night, October 14. Early this morning I watched the full video between the two and came away quite shocked at just how poorly Harry Reid performed. His performance, replete with gaffes, misspoken data and general awkwardness was quite unbecoming of a three-decade, veteran senate 'leader.' I was surprised at just how focused and on-point Angle was. For every Reid awkward moment, Angle went right for the jugular. A vocal critic of Sharron Angle, the Las Vegas Sun , conceded that Angle flatly won the debate on several counts: Sharron Angle won The Big Debate. Angle won because she looked relatively credible, appearing not to be the Wicked Witch of the West (Christine O’Donnell is the good witch of the Tea Party) and scoring many more rhetorical points. And she won because Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid looked as if he could barely stay on a linea...
