I love the protest vote as an idea, but we run the risk of letting the Joker win a second term. I guess I am squarely in the anti-Obama camp, but I am also in the anyone-but-Romney camp as well, so it is back to the lesser of two evils. If I thought Johnson had a chance, then I would be all in. The issue is that he doesn't have that chance this time around, so back to nose holding. The key thing for a successful election is to elect fiscal conservatives down ticket to push Mittens in the right direction, away from his big government and big spending tendencies.Sandy Salthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11201515464176920513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8549971354391868786.post-263759866815812072012-08-24T07:55:49.638-04:002012-08-24T07:55:49.638-04:00"The Democrats are running the worst presiden..."The Democrats are running the worst president in American history"<br /><br />That statement shows the authors bias and makes the rest of his article suspect.<br />I can think of much worse presidents. Nothing new.<br />When elections are decided by less than 5% of the vote, someone is always unhappy. If voter turnout was 80-95% (which is what it used to be before WW II) the winning margin would be greater and with less contention after the election.
