I wrote a book contrasting the 19th century Democrats who followed Jefferson and were our true libertarians, while the modern Democrats follow Rousseau and Marx are the ones who believe the few elite should rule the many. My book is THE CHANGING FACE OF DEMOCRATS on Amazon and my site calsyamerica.com. The libertarian ideals were practiced and proven in 19th century America and need never deserve an apology.
ReplyDeleteI certainly agree no apology is necessary. Also mosts Democrats in power today rather than insuring the survival of a philosophy of individualism and liberty pose perhaps the greatest threat to them both.
