Sane Republicans Recognize the Danger To Their Slim Margin of Power...

POLITICO - A few weeks before Alabama's special Senate election, President Donald Trump’s handpicked Republican National Committee leader, Ronna Romney McDaniel, delivered a two-page memo to White House chief of staff John Kelly outlining the party’s collapse with female voters.

The warning, several people close to the chairwoman said, reflected deepening anxiety that a full-throated Trump endorsement of accused child molester Roy Moore in the special election — which the president was edging closer to at the time — would further damage the party’s standing with women. McDaniel’s memo, which detailed the president's poor approval numbers among women nationally and in several states, would go unheeded, as Trump eventually went all-in for the ultimately unsuccessful Republican candidate.

The backstage talks provide a window into how those closest to Trump are bracing for a possible bloodbath in the 2018 midterms, which could obliterate the Republican congressional majorities and paralyze the president’s legislative agenda

... those closest to Trump are bracing for a possible bloodbath in the 2018 midterms... Rational folks are preparing for and working hard to make this happen in 2018. And, 2020 to follow.

America is too good to let a madman destroy the best of our nation.

    1. I guess when someone has no intelligent thoughts of their own, limited education and or experience, is too lazy to do some basic inquiries and searches, that is what they do. That and when they on rare occasion post something original it is almost always made up s*it out of thin air.

    1. They are numerous, but since you brought up the question, again off topic and intended to derail the thread this is what I'll allow TOMMY. You provide a list of the things the UN hasn't done and then we'll see if it warrants thoughtful discussion.

That's the deal TOMMNY, take it or GTFO!

  12. "Women enjoy being ogled and a nice slap on the ass every now and them".

That's a comment from your buddy FreeThinke's blog. In response FT wrote "SHHHHHHHHH!!! Don't ever say that within earshot of a Feminazi".

He agreed that women like to be "sexually harrassed". A logical conclusion is that there will be no damage to the party's standing with women. The only ones who disagree are the "feminazis" and they vote Democratic anyway.

The women who accused Moore (falsely) are (as per FT again) from a group comprised of "overly ambitious power whores, unfeminine lesbians, and angry, envious, hopelessly unattractive women".

"Sexual harassment" is "a fabrication of the Left". White Women who vote Republican know this and why they went 53 to 43 for Trump.

BTW, you wear a dress RN?

    2. Sexual harassment does occur, it is wrong, and when it happens appropriate action should taken.

I'll leave of my right there Dervish because your side ass remark is simply in hopes to engage in an argument. Ain't gonna happen.

    3. I was kidding, not trying to start an argument. "Uncle Sam" is another WYD hater who hates anyone who isn't like them. Straight, white and male. Or a white woman who is agreeable that the world should be ruled by straight White males... as per FT's comment that the goal of the "sexual harassment" baloney is to "wrest power from the hands of males".

    4. Hate, one of the strongest and most powerful of emotions is irrational. Regardless of political party or ideology.

  13. Love is also one of the strongest and most powerful of emotions which SOMETIMES causes people to act irrationally. Or is it ALWAYS?

    1. Of what? I was pointing out that some people might view love as not being "irrational" (a bad label, as you used it in describing "hate"). Or perhaps "irrational" can be good, as I think most people don't view love as being a bad thing.

    2. Some love is indeed irrational. I know, having experienced it first hand when I was 23. On the other hand I experienced rational love at 34, it is now 32 years later...

Hate is the opposite side of the same coin so to speak. In general it is controlled, or not controlled at all such as the case may be, by raw negative emotion, often out or fear of something or someone.

      More, if you choose, later.
