76% Agree With Romney

A new (non scientific) CNBC poll is showing a overwhelming 76% agree with Mittens 47% remark. The following short breakdown supplied by Townhall.

UPDATE: The number of people who have taken the CNBC poll has doubled, bringing those who agree with Romney's comments to 76 percent.

As the faux outrage over Mitt Romney's "47%" comments continue to barrel through the airwaves of the old media, a CNBC poll shows 75 percent of voters believe Mitt Romney was right when he said Obama supporters will vote for him no matter what due to dependence on the government.

No, the poll isn't scientific, but it is an indication of the media running with a narrative opposite of what the country actually believes...again.

So, if I'm reading this correctly Romney really does not have much to worry about, right?

There is just one pesky little detail. Obama appears to be pulling ahead in national polls.

There is the REASONED ALTERNATIVE to both befuddled major party candidates...

  1. "Obama appears to be pulling ahead in national polls."

No he doesn't. His convention didn't move the needle at all.

  3. Obama and the Democrats are playing constituency politics and it's working, just like it worked for FDR (getting reelected 3 times in spite of a horrific economy)....Romney - he, on the other hand, is simply being a dullard.

  4. The CNBC "unscientific" poll differs greatly with Gallup's scientific poll:

"Thirty-six percent of voters say GOP nominee Mitt Romney's "47%" comments make them less likely to vote for him, while 20% say the comments make them more likely to vote for him and 43% say the comments won't make a difference."

    1. The PEW poll clearly shows Obama with a comfortable lead. Thus it is Obama's election to lose.

As Obama is a better politician and BSer than Romney it is unlikely Romney can turn the tide. In my opinion it doesn't really matter. Either way statism and dependency on Big Brother/Sister is assured.

Gary Johnson still gets my vote. And most likely other principled liberty minded individuals as well.

    2. No politician has ever been more blessed than Obama in terms of opposition. First he goes up against the idiot, Alan Keyes, then McCain, and now hapless Mr. Romney. The dude (Obama) should probably do a remake of the Paul Newman/Rocky Graziano classic, "Somebody up There Likes Me".

  5. Will, like most people who wear blinders, sees Mr. Obama as "lucky," instead of acknowledging the fact that the GOP attracts and promotes fringe candidates.

It's like saying a guy with a PhD in astrophysics is "lucky" because he gets a job with NASA that a high school drop-out applied for.

    1. Your analogy is bogus because NO ONE, unless they were COMPLETELY clueless would ever say that. Except maybe a uneducated liberal.

Now, I agree the GOP of late seems to find the least qualified and capable candidates. The same of course can, and should also be said of the democratic candidates of late.

But as Bill Clinton so apty put it.... "It depends on what the meaning of the word is, is."
