Pinhead Damon and President Obama

Matt Damon, a one time admirer and advocate for the "Hope and Change" President has gotten his nose a bit out of joint lately over the President's lack of getting things done. Presumably like the dictators who have no need to listen to the people or follow the rule of law.

His pinhead comments as reported in the Gossip Cop.

Matt Damon rips President Obama in Elle magazine, blasting his leadership qualities and saying he’d prefer “a one-term president with some balls who actually got stuff done.”

The actor, a longtime supporter of the Democratic Party and onetime Obama advocate, reveals frustration with the administration in his wide-ranging interview.

“I’ve talked to a lot of people who worked for Obama at the grassroots level,” says Damon. “One of them said to me, ‘Never again. I will never be fooled again by a politician.’”

Damon then gets even more direct with his own criticism.

“You know, a one-term president with some balls who actually got stuff done would have been, in the long run of this country, much better,” argues the We Bought a Zoo star.

He adds, “If the Democrats think that they didn’t have a mandate – people are literally without any focus or leadership, just wandering out into the streets to yell right now because they are so pissed off.”

“Imagine if they had a leader,” wonders Damon.

Wow.

What do you think of the actor’s comments?

Since they asked, One should show respect and respond.

One, Damon is a pinhead, two, he has no sense of constitutional government, three, he is ignorant of the American concept of "the rule of law", and four, did I forget to mention he is a verifiable idiot? I guess I just did.

  1. It happens way too often that someone without any knowledge or grasp of issues gets given a microphone because they happen to be famous for other reasons.

What next? Emeril Lagasse being listened to as an authority on auto repair?

  2. Mr. Carpenter, Les - so you think Matt Damon is a pinhead for calling out Obama on his poor job performance. I gather you're brain is still in awe, celebrating the "Hope-N-Change" smoothie that Obama gave you, as you wallow at his feet. Well, time to get up, my friend and look around you. While you were in a daze, your Obama had just decided he wants to govern like the Dictator he thought he is. He just discarded the Basis Law of the Land – our Constitution, by usurping the authority of the Congress. Now that you are awake, I hope, do you still think the Constitution matters to your esteemed Obama? If you still have a mind of your own (wishful thinking) YOU DECIDE...!

  3. Nick - I suggest you reread the post, and reread it again, and again.... as many times as it takes for you to understand the point the post is making.

I am assuming you have enough of a mind of your own that it will eventually sink in.

By the way, if you're a troll you get one shot, that's it.
