For The Progressives It's All About Politics And Potential Votes

President Obama today decided (no surprise) to slam Arizona's approach to immigration reform as "demagoguery." Yup, yet another decidedly leftist political statement from the current empty suit in the Oval Office. Anyone hearing "The First Post American President" here?

This fish out of water also spent time defending his administration's lawsuit against Arizona's SB 1070. A bill that serves to merely do the job every administration since Dwight D. Eisenhower has frankly refused to do.

Naturally this statist progressive collectivist administration, with all it's empty suits pulling the strings of federal power apparatus, has based it's argument on the supposition that Arizona's law "flouts the federal government's imperative under the 'supremacy clause' of the constitution."  Hold on to your hats folks, somewhere in this muddy mixture of BS and politics gamesmanship the power lust mob in the Obama administration is going to find additional federal powers that don't exist.

Obama had this to say... "What we can't do is allow a patchwork of 50 different states, or cities,or localities, (the genius has to stretch the point beyond reality) where anybody wants to make a name for themselves suddenly says, 'I'm going to be anti- immigration, and I'm going to try to see if I can solve the problem ourselves.'"

Please... Talk about the hypocrite. That statement is pure demagoguery, it is pure politics, and it is laughable in the mind of any rationally thinking individual. The federal government, including this administration had FAILED this country miserably with respect to immigration control. Perhaps Obama has a slightly improved recored on deportations of late, and  I don't dispute that. But the media ought to be asking the question. "why is this." The obvious answer is.. Arizona and the fire SB 1070 has aroused in the people not only in Arizona but across the nation.

The fact remains the feds have failed in immigration control. The second fact is both the Republicans and Democrats have a vested interest in continued illegal immigration at the federal level. The third fact is the progressive collectivists on both sides of the aisle want  the potential voting block to pander to so as to increase their power over the masses.

I sure do see through Obama, and I believe more and more Patriotic Americans do as well. I also saw through GWB as well as well as WJC. I should also  mention Bush #1 and, (standing at Attention now) Ronald Reagan because all these administration bear some responsibility for our current state of affairs.

The thing is this... Why should anyone believe the fed's will perform better in the future? History shows they likely  won't. Given the current crop of incompetents at the federal level it will likely get worse long before it gets better. Leaving it to the individual "patchwork of states" can possibly render worse results that the last fifty years of federal do nothing-ism.

Governor Brewer... Give em hell. And please, do challenge the empty suits all the way to the Supreme Court. America has your back.

  1. You need to read the Constitution. It clearly states that immigration (laws and authority) is left to Congress, not the States.

  2. And Congress and the President(s) have failed miserably.

The time come for action has arrived. Time to change a broken system. We did it once, we can do it again.

The ballot box is a waiting! Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Tick Tock...

  3. Tom: Yes, it IS Congress's job, but what do we do when Congress refuses to do its job? Sit back and allow our country to be lawless? Wasn't it Obama who said "We are a nation of laws"? Does that mean we are or are we only a nation of laws when it benefits THEM?

The JOB of the Federal government is to PROTECT this country. We are being violated everyday by invaders on our Northern and Southern borders and that is a direct violation to the oaths our Congresscritters took!

It's time THEY did their job. If you or I neglected our job, we would be FIRED. Not given raises and more benefits.
