Blog Redesign at Rational Nation USA

Hey there, folks! It's me- Wes Messamore from The Humble Libertarian. As you may or may not know, I do a lot of creative work for hire, including optimizing, branding, and redesigning people's blogs.

If you're a regular reader here, you can see that there are a ton of great changes we've made to the site so that it looks better, loads faster, and is easier to navigate among other things!

We've got plenty of fine-tuning left to do before the site is optimized for your browsing pleasure, so bear with us, but in the meantime: enjoy the new features, let us know what you think of the makeover in the new poll on the sidebar, and feel free to use the comments section of this post to leave your feedback (positive comments and constructive suggestions are both welcome!).

    come look at my blog, wes, then look at my link list. the link to his is in regards to a post he wrote many months ago. and it is not only my blog, i have noticed the same thing in other blogs that have him as a link also, even the one that he blogs on the weekends.

    Thanks so much for the great feedback guys! I am seeing what I can do about the update problem. It's really weird and I hope I can fix it, but I'm not at all sure that I can.

Rational Nation U S A Purveyor of Truth Seen today on a rightwing tea-publican weblog. When "their side" has nothing of substance to offer, and they known it, posters such as the one below become popular. Such posters are considered intellectual by the teabag folks on the right. To be balanced such posters do find their way onto left-wing weblogs. The difference? Posters on left-wing sights generally carry a valid message and the commentary factually supports the message of the post. Some random commentary from the tea-publican weblog follows. April Job Numbers Appear Improved... Are They Really?

The good news is unemployment fell to a four year low, certainly at year six in Obama's Presidential tenure strikes a positive note. Or does it? At the same time the number of people employed part time rose as well as strong indications are showing the Affordable Care Act (ACA aka ObamaCare) will have a long term negative impact on the USA economy. The following is an interesting analysis and one that certainly has some credibility. AEI - US job growth in April beat economist expectations as nonfarm payrolls rose 165,000, and the jobless rate fell to a four-year low of 7.5%.
