Obama - VS - Fox News
President Obama and his administration are apparently finding it useful to attack the Fox News Network. As Fox tries to remain journalistic by presenting both sides of issues in the news, the Obama Administration apparently either dislikes, fears, or both, the conservative editorial statements made on Fox.
Obama and his administration have come out and called Fox News an arm of the Republican Party. Gosh, while this is unlikely, it should surprise no one that Obama has taken such a position. Follow the link here to the breaking news video.
The following is an excerpt of a statement made by Anita Dunn, an Obama Administration spokesperson.
"What I think is fair to say about Fox -- and certainly it's the way we view it -- is that it really is more a wing of the Republican Party," "They take their talking points, put them on the air; take their opposition research, put them on the air. And that's fine. But let's not pretend they're a news network the way CNN is"
Excuse me, are we to believe the Obama Administration is in a position to determine what is newsworthy and what isn't? How the news should be presented and how it shouldn't? That anything resembling dissent from Obama's views are less newsworthy.
Just another indication why those who love liberty and freedom of speech and expression must fight to insure the so called Fairness Doctrine is never re enacted. If it is, it will most certainly be used to stifle dissenting political viewpoints. The kind the Obama Administration and his minions find offensive.

Who would have thought we would be battling for free speech? The Democrats have become the party of treason.
